Your Body is a Snitch!

Fatigue, nausea, headaches—your body tells you when it needs rest.

Your Body is Talking—Are You Listening? That wave of exhaustion, the nagging headache, the queasy stomach—your body isn’t just being dramatic. It’s trying to get your attention. When we push through fatigue, doom-scroll at 2 AM, or survive on caffeine instead of water, we ignore the signals that say, Hey, I need a break! And let’s be honest—would we ignore a warning light in our car this much?Tonight, instead of reaching for your phone, try something different: Go to bed 30 minutes earlier. Drink a glass of water. Let your brain (and body) reset.Small changes add up, and your future self will thank you.

What else could you do to make your self-care inevitable?

  • You can’t change the past, but you can drink water and go to bed on time.

  • Your phone will still be there tomorrow

  • Scrolling at 2 AM isn’t “self-care,” it’s self-sabotage. Blue light delays sleep by 90 minutes—tonight, put your phone down and let yourself actually rest.
