Hi and welcome from Francesca.
Francesca is a qualified personal performance Life Coach and Accredited DISC personality profiler.
​
She has previously qualified as a Registered General Nurse, Approved Mental Health Practitioner, and worked as an Independent assessor for fostering agencies. She is a qualified Social Worker and held senior roles as Service Manager, Principal Social Worker, and Transformation Design Lead, successfully steering children's social care teams through challenging and significant change (for required improvements) and outcomes for children and young people, the workforce and Service.

Francesca has over 36 years' experience of working at practitioner, operational and senior management level, and is passionate in supporting people with transformation, crisis and stress management, raising courage and confidence, developing skills to thrive under pressure, taking steps to create change, and promote self-care in personal and work lives.
​
Francesca has led teams, groups and individuals to seek resolutions in workplace conflict or internal conflict, disputes and managing change. She has promoted self-care to reduce or prevent feeling overwhelmed, or overloaded.

She has supported individuals and teams in collaborative working, inclusivity, diversity, and working more effectively with individual personalities.

Francesca truly understands the pressures, stresses and knows the dedication needed to continue feeling enthused and people focused. Francesca knows first-hand how good we are at looking after others, but not always looking after ourselves. Francesca can help you continue to look after and manage others but find a way that also includes looking after yourself.
