About your Coach
Francesca Saunders is a qualified Personal Performance Life Coach (specialising in Stress and Self-Care), and an Accredited DISC Personality Profiler. She is a course Facilitator and founder of Self-Care Inevitable.
Francesca is also a registered Social Worker with extensive leadership experience, having held senior roles including Service Manager, Principal Social Worker and Transformation Design Lead. She has successfully led children’s social care services through significant change and improvement, always with a strong focus on workforce well-being and sustainable practice. She has also worked as an Independent Assessor for fostering agencies.
With a professional background as a Nurse and Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP), Francesca understands the realities of working in emotionally demanding roles. She specialises in supporting professionals across health, social care, education and the voluntary sector who carry high emotional responsibility and are at risk of stress, burnout and compassion fatigue.
