The 60-Second Stress Reset: Because You Deserve a Breather
Stress is sneaky. One minute you’re handling life like a pro, the next you’re staring at your screen wondering if it’s too early to retire. Sound familiar?
Good news: You don’t need a spa day or a week in the mountains to reset. You just need 60 seconds. Yes, honestly.

The 60-Second Reset
1. Box Breathing (a.k.a. The "Not Today, Stress" Technique)
Inhale for 4 seconds. Hold for 4. Exhale for 4. Hold for 4. Repeat. (It’s like giving your nervous system a little hug.)
2. Stretch Like You Mean It
Roll your shoulders, stretch your neck, touch your toes (or at least wave at them from a distance). Loosen up that stress you’ve been storing since last Tuesday.
3. Sip Some Water
Your body runs on it, but when was the last time you drank some?
Hydration = fewer headaches, better focus, and a valid excuse to step away from your desk.
4. Reset and Carry On
Take a deep breath. Shake it off. Whatever was overwhelming you a minute ago?
You’ve got this.
One minute. Four simple steps. Instant stress relief. Try it—you might just feel human again. 😊
